Terms of service

Tripfello sells travel packages to travellers and is your point of contact for everything in your itinerary. Each package is delivered on the ground by a Tripfello-verified destination partner. You contract with and pay Tripfello; Tripfello contracts separately with the operating partner.

Accepting a proposal does not by itself mean payment has been received or that a booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only once the required payment has been received by Tripfello and the operating partner has confirmed the services.

International flights are not included and Tripfello does not issue airline tickets.
